Tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 25 mm x 25mm for stiles as well as for top and bottom rails M.S. frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer. 25 mmx 25 mm M.S. square tubes shall be lipped with plain PVC sheet made from 5 mm (0.25) thick PVC Sheet with 15mm (5nmm x 3 nos) thickness and 25mm width, of Density 600 Kg/Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company 5mm thick single sideprelam with 2,4,6 or 8 panel to be pasted on both sides of M.S. welded frame. Inside hollow area of MS Frame to be filled with suitable thickness solid PVC Sheet, multipanel of Door to be panelled with SS mosquito Mesh and XTN aluminium Mesh for additional strength and safety purpose.
