Supply and installation of high-quality anaerobic treatment media such as MM Aqua or approved equivalent. The media shall be arranged in modular block formations of manageable size to facilitate easy removal, inspection, and maintenance in the future.

Design, supply, and erection of a robust bottom platform, side restraints, and top retaining grid system to securely hold the media in position and prevent uplift, shifting, or displacement during operation. The entire support structure shall be fabricated using SS 304 grade stainless steel.

Providing and fixing 4” flanged type PVC ball valve along with nuts, bolts and accessories.

The existing PVC media and accumulated solids from the anaerobic tank shall be completely removed and transported to an approved disposal location at a minimum distance of 100 meters from the tank. The tank shall thereafter be cleaned before installing new media including de-blocking the entry and exit pipe lines in the anaerobic tank.

Supply and dosing of the required quantity of specialized bio-culture and/or performance additives for effective re-seeding and restarting of the anaerobic tank following revamping.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete grade of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing but excluding reinforcement all work below and above plinth level for anaerobic tank for kerbs, precast slabs and relevant works in the anaerobic tank. As per the schedule of quantities.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 or more.
