Comprehensive servicing and overhauling of 320 kVA Diesel Generator Set including overhauling of diesel engine, replacement of fuel, lube oil and air filters, checking/calibration of injectors, replacement of engine oil, tightening of foundation bolts, dismantling and repairing of radiator including leakage rectification and pressure testing, and overhauling of alternator including cleaning of stator/rotor, insulation checking, bearing inspection and reassembly complete in all respects as per OEM standards and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of DG batteries (2 Nos., 12V heavy duty suitable for 320 kVA DG Set) including terminals, electrolyte filling, testing and commissioning complete in all respects.

Surface preparation and painting of DG set body including removal of rust, cleaning, primer coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make as per relevant IS specifications complete in all respects. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
