Supplying, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, transitions, reducers, end caps, collars etc as required complete in all respect in confirmation to IS : 655 and approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete in confirmation to SMACNA/IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required.

Reconditioning, repairing, dismantling and re-installation, testing & commissioning of ceiling suspended double skinned 5 HP Fresh Air/Exhaust Air Unit with casing made of 0.63 mm thick GI powder coated/pre-coated outer sheet and 0.63 mm thick GI inner sheet, insulated with 25 mm thick fireproof glass wool (density not less than 32 kg/m³). The unit consists of centrifugal forward curved DIDW blower with TEFC weatherproof motor (Class-F insulation, EFF-2) with direct/belt drive arrangement including pulley, belt guard and common base plate. The work includes cleaning/servicing of blower, motor, shaft and fan section, repair/replacement of worn-out parts. The scope also includes removing, servicing and reinstalling of 900 mm dia fans, including cleaning, tightening of wire connections, checking/replacement of damaged parts, and testing & commissioning, complete as required.

Reconditioning and repair/replacement of worn-out and defective parts of 5 HP Fresh Air Unit/Exhaust Air Unit starter, including repair/replacement of defective components, checking and replacement of worn-out wires and interconnections, including the cost of connection through bus bar/copper conductor flexible connection with all accessories so as to make the fans fully functional. The job also includes testing and commissioning of the same, complete in all respects.
