PLASTER BREAKING :Labour charges only for removing existing damaged / cracked / loosened cement / neeru / rough casts and faced plaster or tile work with back coat at all floors and levels including cleaning the surfaces clear of all loose concrete/ mortar foreign materials, carting away the debris out of hospital premises including scaffolding raking out joints of brick / stone masonry haking concrete surfaces etc. complete with quantities to be executed as and when required and as directed by the engineer in charge. ( disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised. )

BRICK WORK:Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & In superstructure of all floor levels. ( disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised. ) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Filling-up of Financial Bid: Unless otherwise called for, any tender containing percentage below / above the estimated cost put to tender is liable to be rejected. The amount for each item should be worked out and requisite totals given. However, i) The rate(s) must be quoted in decimal coinage. Amounts must be quoted in full rupees by ignoring fifty paise and considering more than fifty paise as rupee one. ii) If a discrepancy is found, the rates which correspond with the amount worked out by the contractor shall, unless otherwise proved, be taken as correct. iii) If the amount of an item is not worked out by the tenderer, or it does not correspond with the rate written either in figures or in words, then the rates quoted by the tenderer in words shall be taken as correct. iv) Where the rate quoted by the tenderer in figures and in words tally but the amount is not worked out correctly, the rate quoted by the tenderer will, unless otherwise proved, be taken as correct and not the amount. v) In event no rate has been quoted for any item(s), leaving space both in figure(s), word(s), and amount blank, it will be presumed that the contractor has included the cost of this / these item(s) in other items and rate for such item(s) will be considered as zero and work will be required to be executed accordingly.
