Detailed Design, Drawing, Construction and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on MBR Technology for Transit Accommodation at Fatehpora, Baramulla on Turnkey Basis with total sewage handling capacity of 230 KLD per day. STP shall include necessary chemical dosing as required by the manufacture’s design. Additionally, provision for optimum heating / thermal insulation (as per requirement) of the sewage water during winter to ensure that the STP remains operational at ambient temperatures as low as-10℃ shall be in the scope of the firm.(Complete job on turnkey basis as per the SBD)

Provision of Operation & Comprehensive Maintenance of the STP Plant for 05 years as per the SBD document:This includes Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of the STP plant for Five years from the date of Testing and Commissioning of the Plant as per Item 19.0 of Annexre A of the SBD.Manpower Services for the continuous operation of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), structured in compliance with Labor Laws, CVC and GFR guidelines. The manpower deployment shall include:Skilled Operators deployed on a 24x7 rotational basis to manage round-the-clock STP operations, including equipment startup/shutdown, membrane cleaning, chemical dosing, chemical replenishment,All consumables as required, membrane handling, Monitoring of process parameters,Preventive Maintenance of the Plant and Replacement of Defective Equipment like pumps, blowers, membrane modules, electrical components, etc. which shall include damages due to normal wear and tear of the equipments as well.Routine cleaning of plant and disposing of sludge at specified locations.It includes handing over of the STP Plant in fully operational condition to the Department at the End of the DLP of Five years Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
