Repairs to 3cusecX 32m head pumping Unit-I , providing and fitting of Aluminium cable to transformer along with allied works at LIS Jakhole.

Decoupling of 3 cusec discharge pump unit no I from motor and then dismantling the pump and motor from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Repairs to 3 cusec x 32 meter head pump by way of dismantling spiral casing pump of pumping unit no I at workshop by extraction of all worn out/damaged parts, i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeve, bush, check nut, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Repair to shaft by the way of remetalling of the shaft, turning, polishing to bearing size and turning of threads on shaft as per the size and pitch of threading on check nut. Repairs to impeller by filing cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting of two number new bearings number 6309 of SKF/NBC/or equivalent reputed make, neck ring, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Completely cleaning of bearing housing to remove dust and metal residue. Repairs to bearing housing by metal filling and turning to bearing size. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing. Assembling of pump with motor and connecting with suction and delivery pipes. Providing of new nuts and bolts with rubber gaskets. Providing and fitting of graphite packing. Dismantling of the existing damaged cables by way of replacing of the damaged/worn out old cables and providing & fitting of 300 sq.mm single core aluminium conductor PVC sheathed cables up to the transformer, including providing and fixing suitable aluminium lugs, glands and jointing materials, complete in all respects for a total length of 32 metres ,ensuring uninterrupted power supply to LIS Jakhole. Servicing of 200mm foot valve at LIS Jakhole of unit no.1 by way of decoupling the foot valve by cutting/unfastening the nuts and bolts from suction pipe. Extraction of foot valve out of sump with help of manual labour. Dismantling of foot valve after unfastening/cutting the nuts & bolts. Cleaning of foot valve from mud and silt. Then checking the disc for proper alignment and balance to fit in the seat for no leakage of water. Assembling the foot valve and P/F of new rubber packing sheet, nuts and bolts etc. lowering the foot valve in the sump & coupling with suction pipe by providing new rubber packing sheet, nuts bolts and washers. Checking for leakages. Complete job includes the cost of the material, to & fro transportation charges of the material, skilled labour charges etc. Complete Job. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
