Manufacturing, supplying, erection of pre‑fabricated steel rectangular hollow sections with puff insulated panels 65 mm thick for walls and roof building of size including putty , primer etc. The panels shall be inserted one by one in to ''U\\" shaped track of size 55 x 52 and 63 mm thick made from GI sheet / sheet coil. The heoght upto false ceiling should be 11.5 feet with columns truss, purlins and rafters with necessary fixing arrangements wall cladding made with double sjin puff isolated 50 mm thick. 5mm thick precoated/ precoloured sheet at both side of the panel fitted with puff of high density of 40 kg/cum and quality (make sintex, isolated/jindal)false ceiling of calcium silicate tile over frame of MS Channel (Aluminium powder coated) Door and windows of aluminium (powder coated 3 mm thickness for frames and 2 mm thickness for shutters and 5 mm thick glass including flush moulding in corners. Aluminium grills to opening and fly proof wire guage along with foundationbolts as per drawing and specification including counter top of granite with wooden counter of 90mm ply pasted with 1.0 mm mica of reqd shade and quality complete job of electrification as per CPWD specifications‑point/networking points in every 70 sqm and providing quality products (Anchor ,bajaj ,haavells ,crompton etc) by providing duly vetted by the DIQC JK or any other Govt.Institute.(Complete job.)
