Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 Sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

The entire existing surface of the roof shall be carefully freed from the existing APP waterproofing membrane, and scarifying the top surface carefully to remove any penetrated membrane to expose the sound/ mother substrate for receiving treatment.Safe disposal of the debris at specified location as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Surface Preparation with wash the surface and remove all loose concrete, grease, oil using wire brush or by surface grinder and all irregularities, honeycomb shall be covered using cement, sand mortar in the ratio of 1:3 mixed with SBR latex, at 10 % by weight of cement .Construction Joint Treatment & Crack Repair with Grouting the porous slab area by Drilling holes and injecting cement slurry admix with expansive plasticizing ,shrink compensating admixture @ 225 gms / 50kg bag of cement through the nozzles under mechanical pressure grouting pump, Fixing nozzles of 12mm dia with @ 500 mm c/c at an inclined angle over the surface of RCC/ beam/ etc. and along the construction joint line or where honeycombing is present in concrete structures or cracks are dormant/ as per requirement.Providing and applying angle fillet of 75mm X 75mm on the right angles of wall junction floor junctions and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar admixed in the ratio of 1:3 with SBR latex, at 10% by weight of cement etc.All complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and Applying a two-component, high-strength, fast-curing, UV resistant hybrid urethane elastomeric waterproof coating of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc/ Penetron or equivalent as per approved list of AAI with following Technical properties,1. Solids by Weight: 58-63% as per ASTM D 16442. Tensile Strength: ≥ 18 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 23703. Tear Strength with 225 gsm strand mesh: ≥ 160 N/mm as per ASTM D 6244. Shore A Hardness: 85 as per ASTM D 22405. Water Absorption for 24 hours: 6% as per ASTM D 471 6. UV and Fungal Resistant7. Abrasion Resistance (1000 cycles, CS 17 wheel, 1 kg): 7 mg as per ASTM D 4060 Apply the first coat of the mixed material at a rate of 0.80-0.90 kg/sq. m without dilution with lamb’s wool or cloth roller. Roll and Place a 225-gsm Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat into the wet coating, ensuring full bonding without air bubbles or wrinkles. Allow the first coat to dry for 3-4 hours. Apply the second coat at a 90° angle to the first, ensuring no pinholes, air bubbles, or wrinkles. Once dry enough to walk on, apply a second coat at 0.70-0.80 kg/sq. m. Achieve a total dry film thickness of 900-1000 microns with system material consumption at the rate of 1.60 -1.70 Kg/Sqm/2 coats. All complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer In-charge.
