Scope of work includes: -a) Complete replacement of winding with new 99.96% grade (F - Class insulation copper conductor) as per design. b) Weight of Copper for 04 Motors= 708.48 Kg. Motor Sl no. AUMW450L4Strip Size- 1.57 x 6.78 mm, no. of coils - 60, weight of one coil - 2.8 kg, Weight of total coils = 168.00 kg Motor Sl no. TVC392055/1Strip Size- 1.85 x 8.72 mm, no. of coils - 48, weight of one coil - 2.74 kg, Weight of total coils = 131.52 kg Motor Sl no. 183119/1Strip Size- 1.91 x 6.85 mm, no. of coils - 72, weight of one coil - 2.88 kg, Weight of total coils = 207.36 kg Motor Sl no. 2004092/3Strip Size- 3 x 5.59 mm, no. of coils - 48, weight of one coil – 4.2 kg, Weight of total coils = 201.60 kg c) The rate is inclusive of Cost of insulating materials changing of complete with new insulation (f - Class insulation).d) The rate is inclusive of cleaning, checking, brazing of connections, heating and repairing of bearing sheet of rotor, Painting and testing etc.e) Rate is inclusive of Labour Charges & Contactors profit.f) Scrap materials inclusive copper will be retained by repairer.g) Bidders are requested to thoroughly inspect the job lying at our site before participating in tender.h) All materials shall be routed through Regional Stores.i) To and fro transportation shall be borne by bidder.
