To drain the chemical from all evaporator bodies and tube cleaning with top and bottom tube plates during season . Expected tube cleaning 6-7 time per body (Details of the Jobwork & No. of Tubes at various stations may be viewed in the DNIT Documents

To drain all pans body and tube cleaning with top and bottom tube plates during season . Expected tube cleaning 4-5 time per PAN (Details of the Jobwork & No. of Tubes at various stations may be viewed in the DNIT Documents

To open the top and bottom covers of all (11 Nos ) Juice heaters and tube cleaning with the cleaning of both covers etc. Expected tube cleaning of one nos. J-H Daily and refiting of both cover leak proof (each tube length –4mtr) (Details of the Jobwork & No. of Tubes at various stations may be viewed in the DNIT Documents

Re-Fitting of JH’S Covers after tube cleaning ( Leak proof ) (Details of the Jobwork & No. of Tubes at various stations may be viewed in the DNIT Documents
