Name of Work:- Restoration of Rain damages in LWSS Khabbal phase 1st in Tehsil Jawall distt Kangra HP (SH-Dismentalling, Relaying and Jointing of Various dia GI Pipe for change the allinement to widing the PWD Road under PMGSY From Ghar jarot Baldoa chowk to village Baldoa and Pargore (under PDNA) RD 6200 to 7191 mtrs and RD 5210 tο 5630 mtrs

Excavation in foundation and trenches ( For pipes and pits ) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work ,jumper work ,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water ,blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting ,planking ,timbering & dewatering wherever required ,stacking the usable & unusable material /soil separately & after laying ,jointing & testing of pipes ,returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm ,layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then deposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable material as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic , night signals ,fixing caution boards ,crossing over trenches for access to houses ,fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all lead and lifts as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Laying and jointing of Gi pipe 55 mm dia ( Dismentalled pipe) dully flanged table 5 conforming to BIS 1239 2004(Part-1) after 30 mtrs joints including cost of MS Flanges and nuts and bolts and gasket sheet complete in al all respect respect with in all leads and lifts

Providing welding and fixing of MS. Flanges at suitable reach, M.S Flange Table 5 of 65 mm dia as per 15 6392-1971 (Latest up to date ammendments) and MS Flanges with GI Pipe two layers on both faces to make the measured and paid for sepretely) The welding of joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying GI Pipe measure flanges should conform to IS, 816-1969 with electrode as per IS, 814-1991 and required number of Nuts and bolts conforming to 151364. The thickness of gasket sheet not less than 3 mm conforming to IS, 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfection of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
