Transportation of suitable truck mounted DTH & ODEX percussion Clayx/RC drilling Rigs along withg necessary accessories etc. at site of work and errection of rig including testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling bores of 200 mm dia as per IS 2800: 1991 using ODEX (TUBEX) attachment required drilling in collapsible strata comprising of boulders, pebbles, gravels, sand, silt, clay, etc including cost of attachments consumable stores, bits, water, POL etc, complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 150 mm nominal bore, 5.00 mm thick MSERW fin cut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5 mm or 3.25 mm dia. advani/ oerlikon electrodes with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 50 degrees including removing paint on the area to be welded, inclusive of the cost of bio-degradable and non toxic foam flush etc. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. MSERW fin cut casing pipe, casing shoe & bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately.

Supplying and lowering of IS marked 175mm N.B,.6.40 mm thick fin-cut, MSERW casing pipes as per IS:4270-2001 and requirement of ODEX attachment from approved manufacturers, complete in all respects, as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Development of bore well and yield testing with air compressor through 900 V-notch and disinfections etc. complete in all respects as per IS:2800-1979 and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing slotting arrangements as per IS 8110/1994-997 slot size 1.57x75mm & lowering of 175mm dia MS sloted pipe as per IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendments, welded and joints in to bore hole in vertical position including cost of all cutting, threding & welding of pipe etc. with in all leads & lifts complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
