| 10 | Repairing and servicing of existing MS structural gate by dismantling the gate leaves from existing pivots/hinges, including cutting and removing rusted or damaged MS sections/plates. The work includes providing and welding of new MS sections (as per requirement) using metal arc welding, removing old pivots from RCC/masonry columns, and fixing new heavy-duty MS pivots/hinges (ball-bearing type) in proper line, level, and plumb. The scope involves re-hoisting and re-fixing the gate leaves to ensure smooth operation, including the cost of all labor, welding electrodes, T&P, and necessary cement concrete (1:2:4) for grouting the new pivots.
