Dismantling the all damaged ladders and opened out from its own position by necessary tools and tackles and stacking all the dismantling in parts R.S. joist, channels, tees, plates etc complete as directed.

Construction of scaffolding with bambo poles, wooden planks, coir rope etc. suitable for working area.

Supply of M.S. channel, angle ,pipe for manufacturing ladders, guard railing as per specification with the instruction of EIC.

Supply of M.S. chequered plate for manufacturing ladders and walking platform as per specification with the instruction of EIC.

Cutting to requisite length or shape departmental r.s. joists,channels, angles, tees, plates etc.

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric ( a ) tack weld.

Welding in m.s. structural work with gas or electric ( b ) continuous weld.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick

Lowering the newly fabricated ladders and fitting fixing the same in proper position and alignment using necessary tools and tackles by providing temporary support, as required all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Fitting fixing the guard railing, chequered plates, channel, angle etc with necessary tools and tackles.

Plaster with sand and cement mortal including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed by the EIC.

Painting on steel or other metal surface with synthetic epoxy paint of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. (Two Coats).
