| 2 | Providing and laying bitumenous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site in all leads and lifts laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government. |
| 3 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kgs (Zero decimal two two five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.50% (Five decmail five zero) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (Two decimal five millimetres) thick including reflectorising glass @ 250 (two hundred fifty grams) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( two deciaml five millimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC -35( thirty five) The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. | 6 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 7 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in toe wall etctera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section/ clause 800,900 & 1200 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
