Disconnecting the electricity supply from the centre slipring box, motor & panel box by electrician. The job includes making the electric connection after completion of work.

Dismantling of already installed Electric motor and gear boxes from the foundation of various E&M Equipment

Removing of old burnt winding strips. P/fixing of new \\"F\\"class insulation. Rewinding of rotor winding with new copper strips and insulating with new copper strips and insulating with fiber glass tape and fixing the same. Making the connections. P/Fixing new copper socket both side, brazing the sockets with silver road. pocketing the sockets with \\"F\\" class insulation. Binding the rotor winding both side with LT steel wire & F class insulation. Varnishing the rotor winding with Dr. Beck varnish and baking the same. Size of motors are 5 Nos. - 5 HP & 14 Nos. -3 HP

Cleaning of Stator winding with cleaning solvent. Tightening the stator winding slot wedges with Dr. beck epoxy jel coat, insulating the winding socket with F class insulation. Pre heating varnishing and baking of stator two coat back tole varnishing.

Dynamic balancing of rotor

Repair of rotor shaft, revealing turning and polishing the same as per bearing inner dia.

Replacement of both side bearing of Electric motor as per sample Make -SKF/FAG and DJB Approved

Assembling of all the disassemble electric motors along with balancing of motor with gear box.

Repairing overhauling gear box by Repairing of nonworkable mechanical parts like worm gear, worm shaft, making bearing seat in housing and at the shaft on both side, replacement of oil seal, bearing 4 nos. includes the machining charge and lubrication.

Replacement of Clutch Shaft/Driving shaft as per sample.

Replacement of Layshaft/Counter shaft as per sample.

Replacement of Gear shift fork as per sample.

Construction of foundations for Electric motor and Gear boxes for proper balancing.

Testing and commissioning of all the Electric motor and gear boxes.
