Open - Graded Premix Surfacing - Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. Including All Taxes But Excluding GST 1-At present instructions as per ENC Letter no. 233-Camp-ENC/03(HQ-1)/2024 Dt.- 24.12.2024 are effective regarding maintenance of work, which are hereby adjourned in anticipation of further instructions. if any new instructions regarding maintenance of work are issued by competent authority, they will be deemed mandatory for the work. no representation regarding that will be entertained.2- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 1609.00 per Hour including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 12872.00 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.
