Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to WET MIX MACADAM specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base couse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specification for road and bridge works

Providingand applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and sprating primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Speciifcation for road & Bridge works

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen 80/100 grade using emulsion pressure distribution at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bitumious/granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooma as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works

Providing and Laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & bridge works

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to th required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheelede vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gm pe sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface and free from streaks and holes including all cost of materials machinery labour etc complete
