Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: within a lead of 50 meter. Providing, Laying and Fitting HDPE pipe conforming to IS 4984: 1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destinations and rolling, lowering into the trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials by electro fusion welding as per standard procedure and guidelines, including encasing the pipe around to a depth not less than 15 cms with soft earth or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISI with all leads and lifts including testing commissioning. The rate is inclusive of required specials and fittings etc (Couplers, Tee, Reducer, Bend, End Caps conforming with BS EN12201: Part-3) wherever required complete (Contractor will make own arrangements for procuring water for testing) HDPE pipe PE100, PN10.( 63mm dia ISI Marked HDPE Pipe)
