| 2 | Providing and fixing AB Grade Maple Floorboard with following specification: Rubber Pad 18mm – Pure EPDM, SPF Runners 45mm x 70mm – European SPF Runners, Floorboard 21mm and Finishing Imported Polish as per direction of EIC. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION: The system should be according to BWF Standards – Grade 1A. The complete wooden flooring should be PASS the test for Shock Absorption, Vertical Deformation and Friction Tests for Indoor Surface for multi-sports use according to the requirements of EN 14904 (06/2006). The Shock Absorption tested by EN 14808:2005 methodology should be between 45% and 50%. The Vertical Deformation tested by EN 14809:2005 methodology should be between 1.0mm and 1.5mm. The Friction tested by EN 13036-4:2011 methodology should be between 94 and 98. The Surface Board: Imported Wood (as per the direction of EIC) surface board finished with 21 mm thick, 50 to 110 mm width and in random length in machined tongue and groove shape on four sides. The boards should have have bottom side with air pass groove. The Under Frame: Made of European Fir/Spruce/Pine wood runners of 70 mm X 45 mm fixed on the bottom side with 18 mm EPDM thick air-cushioning pads by nails through the two wings at 350 mm c/c. The Installation: A vapour barrier should be placed on the levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cell cushioning pads will be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards should be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive of brand Pidilite Fevicol SH or equivalent. An expansion gap of 10 to 15 mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall. The Finishing: After construction of the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with non-skid MATT finish Imported Water Based Lacquer. Game line marking will be carried out in required colors before applying the finish coat. |

| 4 | Providing and applying badminton court line marking on wooden flooring using approved, non-slip, wear-resistant paint/tape in accordance International Federation Standard in appropriate colours.Markings shall include all required boundary and service lines with accurate dimensions, uniform thickness, and proper alignment. The work shall be completed after final surface finishing and shall include surface preparation, marking layout, application, and final cleaning. |
