Construction of RCC foundation by using M20 grade RCC and Fe 415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing the 4 nos. fdn bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with Solar light on that foundation. The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC Installation of 6 mtr pole and fixing the solar light on the top of the bracket so that all the solar lights shall be installed at a height of 6mtr above ground on that foundation by using suitable machinery by taking all safety precautions as per the direction of EIC. The complete system & BMS should be designed to provide 2 days (24Hrs) back up in dimming mode by activating PIR sensor and battery should be kept inside the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel (Made in India ) , Multi purpose SA bracket to mounted on the ARM in south direction. The luminaire must be having I die cast alluminium housing street light with IP 66 protection for critical component like (LED compartment, Driver compartment & Battery) & IK 08 . The solar street lighting company has to supply Solar Panel , Solar light , battery , PIR sensor , Multipurpose SA bracket & other accessories with provision to fix the solar panel towards south direction for faster charging of battery. The Solar street light and the multipurpose Arm shall be fixed in Pole. The solar street lighting company has to offer Warranty on complete lighting system for a period of 5 years. The solar lighting company must submit the warranty certificate in the department by mentioning 5 years warranty on complete lighting system I.e, Light, Charge controller, Battery, Solar Panel, Module Mounting structure, Multipurpose Single Arm bracket etc against manufacturing defects .The Necessary after sales service to against manufacturing defects to be provided Solar lighting company through their Toll free base service service set up within 100 to 150 KM from the project site. 1.
