6 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep over brick or stone masonry per 1Sqm.

Iron work for door, window, grills, welding, Labour, carrrage placing in position etc complete .

Painting two coats with enamel paints over one coat of primer with approved quality paints & primer to Wood/Iron work including cost of paints & primer,T&P and labour charges etc complete.

Finishing wall surface with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work of two coats over one coat of primer including cost of paints & primer and labour charges etc complete.
