Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m requiring the use of special T&P As per S.I. No. 251.

Concreate with 40mm.gauge brick ballast/Stone ballast,fine sand and cement in proportion 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of allmaterials,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.As per SI.No.273.

RCC hume pipes NP-3 including collars/spigot & socketed type joint confirming to BIS specification as per IS 458: 2003

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and four part of sand of 1.25 F.M. Minimum thickness not less than 10 mm including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.As per SI No-584.
