Providing comprehensive AMC for 5 year (after expiry of defect liability period i.e. 1 year) for the various components as under including all part of hardware as well as software. Preventive Mtc. service of the equipment under AMC must be carried out once in fortnight. During the period of AMC service/repair calls are to be attended by the supplier within two hours from the time of such calls. (As per Complete Item No. 2 of the DNIT)
