Haulage of material/earth by mechanical transport excluding loading, unloading and stacking with lead of 2.0 Km

Construction of 150mm thick compacted Wet Mix Macadam to confirming to clause 406 of MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway)specification (5th edition) having as laid, density of 2.2gm/c.c (Two point Two gram per cubic centimeter) by providing laying, spreading and compacting clean, crushed aggregate and granular material conforming to Table 400.12 (Physical characteristics) Table 400.13 (grading) of MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway)specifications (5th edition). The material shall be premixed with water at OMC in Mixing Plant/Pan type mixer/Pug Mill and mixed material carried to site by tippers and spread uniformly and evenly on the prepared sub base/base by tractor with planner of adequate capacity and all high and low spots remedied by removing or adding aggregate, as required and rolled with 8-10 (Eight to ten tones) tones roller to achieved/desired density. It shall included the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barriers, safety temporary warning lamps at night, chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respects as per MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway) specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting, packed) on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying bitumen at the rate of minimum 6 kg/10sqm with bitumen pressure sprayer complete in all respects as per clause 502 of MORT&H specification (4th edition) complete in all respects and to the entire staifaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 3.00 kg/10 sqm using sprayer pump on prepared surface heating bitumen in boiler and spraying bitumen with spray set fitted on bitumen boiler including cleaning of road surface with complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete as per clause 507 of MORT&H specification with mechanical paver after mixing aggregate and bitumen as per design mix in Hot mix plant using minimum 5.4% bitumen of grade VG- 30 and using both coarse and fine aggregate filler stone dust @2% by weight of aggregate confirming to relevant specification laid in MORT&H specification clause 507.2.2 and 507.2.3 with grading confirming to table 500-17 gradation –2 of MORT&H specification and density of bituminous concrete as laid 2.35 gm/cc complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
