Supply / Fabrication of L T Feeder type Panel cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction, of the suitable size, suitable for outdoor fixing, having canopy at the top made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet (frame of 14 SWG), with provisions for cable entry / exit from bottom and having chambers as described below. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance from the front and having door complete with locks etc. at the front. It should painted through powder coating process and with complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted / installed properly with complete mounting accessories as per requirement with complete internal connections of switchgears through copper cable or bus bars with all the accessories, thimbles etc. complete in all respect as per requirement. The Panel should have insertions as per following details. Make for following Switchgears L&T/Schneider/C&S/DJB approved. Make for following metering instruments L&T/Schneider/AE/DJB approved. Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of rating 250 Amp, Four Pole, 415V, AC in 36 KA - 01 No., MCCB, 63 Amp, FP,415 V ,AC in 25 KA - 04 Nos. Ampere meter 96X96 mm digital type - 4No Ampere meter selector switch - 4No ,Volt meter 96X96 mm digital type - 1No Volt meter selector switch - 1No indicating lamp, led type for three phase - 3Nos, MCB 6Amp, SP C Curve - 03 Nos Current transformer 200/5 ampere - 3Nos

Fabrication, supply and fixing of new base frame at site suitable for above panel including all other work as per site requirements and Fixing the new Feeder Panel at the newly fixed base frame as per site requirements.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm ( DSR- 7.1.2) (Cable provided by the deptt.)
