Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( Zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.275 kg (Zero decimal two seven five kilogrammes) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH (forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix Batch type/Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten ) @ 5.5% (five point five percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down, rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve-fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MPa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.
