Excavation of foundation trenches in all types of soil and rock (including chiseling, dewatering, and backfilling in 15cm layers); Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) in ratios 1:3:6 and 1:5:10 for foundations and plinths; Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) in 1:1.5:3 ratio for footings and walls (min. 0.10m thick) up to the second floor; Supplying and fixing steel plate formwork (shuttering) with necessary propping up to 4m height; Providing, bending, and placing Tor steel reinforcement for all RCC structures; and the installation of 200mm diameter C.I. sluice valves (Leader/Kirloskar make) including all necessary bolts and gaskets, complete in all respects as per engineering standards.
