| 2 | Repair to 5 cusec x 10 mtr. head pump set of unit-I and 2.5 cusec x 10 meter pump of unit III along with allied works at LIS Bhour Camp by way of decoupling the pump, motor and dismantling of both the pump sets of unit-I & III installed at LIS Bhour Camp after disconnecting all electrical connections. Taking out pump from the pump room and then carriage to road side with the help of tools, tackles using manual labor. Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for necessary repairs. Then carriage back in similar manner after conducting necessary repairs. The job includes labour charges, transportation charges (to & fro), loading, unloading and hire charge of tools and tackles required for executing the works. Repairs to 5 & 2.5 cusec pump at workshop by way of dismantling and extracting of old and worn out parts i.e. gland pusher, bearings, check nut, gland packing, gland bush, pump shaft, impeller. Repair to the gland pusher and impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to proper size to unit 1 and fitting of the new gland pusher to both the pumps of appropriate size. Fitting of new pump shaft and new impeller to 2.5 cusec discharge pump of unit 3 at workshop by way of, turning, threading and finishing to bearing size, cutting of key way and finishing to required size. P/F of new check nuts, gland bush, shaft protection sleeves, impeller wearing ring, bearings as per sample and new CI gland packing plate. Assembly of the pumps set after complete repairs. The job also includes disconnecting the electrical connections and the damaged priming unit motor starter and replacing it with 12 A manual motor starter and giving electrical connections to the starter.The job also include providing and fixing of 14 Nos. MS Channel (75mm X 40mm X 5mm) at equal spacing around the foot valves on three sides of a 30 ft X 30ft rectangular area, including cutting, welding, alignment and fixing. Further, providing and fixing of heavy duty GI/MS wire mesh of about 90 ft of length and of required height to allow flow but restrict garbage and debris. The wire mesh shall be fixed to the MS channel frame using nuts and bolts, including welding wherever required .The work also includes application of one coat of primer and two coat of paint to MS channel for corrosion protection . Waterproof gumboot and gloves with protection against, water, oil, chemical & acid for the LIS operators Repair/servicing to the foot valves of 10” dia. of unit I & 8” dia. foot valve of unit III by way of dismantling of foot valves from suction line and extracting them out from local nhala using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Job includes dismantling of foot valves at site, cleaning the foot valves proper, removal of sludge and plastic waste, P/F of leather washer cut to required size along with new flapper pins and repair to flapper plate and strainer. Fitting of the foot valve with rubber sheet to suction pipe and testing at LIS Bhour Camp. The complete job includes all sorts of cost of material, labour charges, dismantling works, assembling, hires charges of tools and tackles required to execute the job at site |
