Operation & Maintenance of the 20 MGD Plate Settler type Clarifier Water Treatment Plant at IGWTP, KMC {Rates to be quoted considering expenses for all operation and maintenance activities with supply & dosing of Coagulants (viz-Alum/PAC etc.), sweeping accessories, official stationeries, including laboratory reagents for successful O& M of the plant for the production of 20 MGD Drinking Water and other related works, as per direction of E.I.C., as mentioned in the scope of work in Tender Document.) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE UNINTERRUPTED PRODUCTION OF POTABLE WATER FROM 1X@20MGD PLATE SETTLER TYPE WTP. For the period of first 12 months.

Labour component (23% of Total cost) : This monthly cost remains unaltered from the date of commencement of work till a new order (as per circular of mpl. Secretary as indicated in the Tender Document ) comes in effect. This also indicates the base cost upon which the first increment will be in effect.

Other than labour component (77% of Total cost) : This monthly cost remains unaltered from the date of commencement of work till end of first twelve months. This also indicates the base cost upon which monthly cost of second year will be determined.

Secretary as indicated in the Tender Document ) comes in effect. This also indicates the base cost upon which the next increment will be in effect.

Other than labour component (77% of Total cost) :This monthly cost is increased at the rate of three percent on the monthly rate of previous year. This also indicates the base cost upon which monthly cost of subsequent year will be determined.
