High Mast shaft in two sections of approved make with rising system having mast sheet thickness 3mm, top dia minimum 120mm bottom dia minimum 310mm, base plate 25mm thick, suitable for a wind speed of 180kms/hr. as per IS-875 part 3 & having no circumferential weld of 10 mtrs. High from steel plates and continuously tapered polygonal cross section. The entire must should be hot dip galvanized after fabrication internally and externally in accordance with BS-739. All steel materials used in the construction of must comply with BSEN-10025 or equivalent of appropriate grade and welding in accordance with BS:5135 and comprising with lighting finaly and earthly terminal etc. with its accessories for the mast such as head frame suitable for 6 luminaries, PVC insulated flexible round copper cable (2.5sqmm), junction box (wearther proof cast aliminium), 6 nos. foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates etc. 14nos. climbing step monkey ladder etc. including suitable lighting arrester is provided on the top of the head frame cover at center position and all other fitting accessories are made of stainless steel materials and from quality manufactures(make : Bajaj/Utkarsh/Electro Pole/BPP/Transrail/Subham Poles Projects Private Limited/ or as per direction of EIC) incl. transportation, loading & unloading.OEM Test Certificate should be provided before drawing of bills. |
| 2 | Civil foundation work for erection of high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx area 1.20m x1.20m x1.5m reinforced steel used in foundation 10mm tor at base and 12mm tor in pedestal as per direction of E.I.C. including removing spoils and neccessary treaming the site of trench leveling, dressing and bottom after that picked jhama bricks solling after sand filling and dressing bed levelling and filling joints after that distribution rod proper size srirrups, binder etc. and vertically MS rod 12mm dia foundation not less than 8 nos and levelling rod by 8 mm dia tor rod 8 inch apart incl. binding with 16 SWG black anneals wire steel shuttering and placement of not less than 6 nos (M24X 750 mm long) M24 Grade Foundation bolt with anchor plate of strength and ready mix concrete of M20 grade with graded stone chips 20 mm as per IS 10262 and IS 456 (proportion 1:1.5:3) complete and water regidity next 7 days considering the safe soil bearing capacity and fully decorative with ceremic tiles as per site condition as per manufacturers design all complete as per direction of the undersign of NIT and Engineer-in-charge. The foundation sustainability report should be submitted by the concerned agency before drawing of bills. |

| 6 | Supply of 150 watt, 230V AC, 50hz LED Flood light Luminaries (IP-65) chip per luminary made by Cree/Nichia/Osram etc. 120lms/w,230v power supply, P.F. 0.9; more than 50,000 hrs of life span for LED, color temperature : cool white,>5700k with al die-cast fixture; lux: 30lm at 20m. (Make: .Phillips/Jaquar/C.G/Wipro/ or as per direction of EIC) of flood light with surge protection with 10KV external with 5years warranty. Warrany Certificate should be submitted before drawing of bills. |
