Term Contract for artificers works to execute the works as per terms and condition, contained in the tender documents, General conditions of Contracts IAFW - 2249 together with amendments No 1 to 49, errata No 01 to 20 and MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR) Part-I, 2009 (Specification) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 ( Part II – Rates) including amendment No 1 to 122 and additional SSR item Ser No 30001 to 30053, forming part of tender documents, for the period of One year from the date of Acceptance of tender at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 ( Part II – Rates) including amendment No 1 to 122 and additional SSR item Ser No 30001 to 30053.Note :-(I) Tenderer shall insert his percentage rate in the 4th and 5th column of this BOQ.(ii) Tenderer must use / select the option excess (+) or less (-) in the Col 4 to quote his percentage rate above or below the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 ( Part II – Rates) respectively.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under estimated cost column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on percentage rate quoted by the bidder shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. Acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part II – Rates), work order for various works/ services shall be placed for amount work out/ price on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part II – Rates) duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the bidder.
