| 1 | Taking out defective submersible pump & motor set 7 to 10 stage, 700-900 LPM at 112mtr head of any dia upto 100mm from bore well with the help of chain pulley after disconnecting electrical connections from motor starter, disconnecting the column pipe from supply pipe line, opening each column pipe by unscrewing nut bolt, rubber packing of each column pipe, submersible cable and keeping a-side for reuse the number of column pipe to be . alongwith submersible cable, for repair / replacement of parts to make it fully functional, reassembling the same after repair, lowering/installation to its original position, electric connection of input/ output electric supply, connecting the column pipe to supply pipe line testing to its full load capacity at least for 4 hours and all other relevant tests including any minor repair, replacement of rubber gasket for column pipe etc. transportation to workshop and vice-versa, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Dismantling of submersible motor 38/50 HP 415 volts 50 Hz 3 phase AC electric supply, taking out the burnt winding of stator, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same with and including material and labour for winding the stator of motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of standard size and superior quality as per the existing gauge and F class insulation materials, turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. to get the proper RPM and torque & tested to its full load capacity complete all as specified and as directed. |
