Panel and columns are made of high performance self compacting concrete (SCC) of M-40 design mix complete,All manufacturing process which comply with Indian Standards and use of automation for precise cutting, bending and welding of steel bars. The curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance complete all as specified and as directed.Note: - (i) Crumple joint will be provided after every 5 panels and change in direction. (ii) Contractor to get the approval of precast factory within 15 days of commencement and all precast item will be supplied from single OEM to ensure the quality. (iii) Excavation post holes and PCC shall be measured and paid under separate item of works.(iv) Form work to foundation shall be measured and paid separately.(v) Refer para 32.1.9.1 (a to d) of particular specification for approval of precast factory . |

(heavy motor vehicle loading). All manufacturing process must comply with Indain standards and use of automation for precise cutting,bending and welding of steel bars. The curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance. The formwork used for casting should be made automobile grade water tight steel enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components. Concrete mix design of IS:9103 weight of each unit is atleast 250 kg, complete all as specified and directed as per Engineer-in-Charge. |
