| 3 | Replacing of UNSV long rail, supply and fixing with new long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked with 22 mm threading at one end & 40mm on other end all as per drg. as directed and approved by AGE (I) Agt. |
| 4 | Taking out old unserviceable short rails of charpoy and fixing only short rail made out of old long rail retrieved item no. 8.02 here-in-before with and including, cutting threading at both ends ( 22 mm threading at one end & 40mm on other end) as per drg complete all as specified and direced and as per drawing. |
| 5 | Taking out old unserviceable legs of charpoy and fixing only legs made out from balance cutting piece of old long/short rail retrieved item no. 8.02 & 8.03 here-in-before with and including, cutting threading at one end ( 22 mm threading at one end & 40mm on other end) with flat iron 02 Nos of size (50x6mm)x860mm long duly welded in both side in equal distance on bottom side of GI pipe duly applied one coat or red oxide and two coats of black synthetic enamelled paintas per drg complete all as specified and direced and as per drawing. |
| 6 | Replacing of existing unserviceable/broken stiffeners and supply and fixing new stiffeners of 32mm x 25mm size with wall thickness 1.6mm rectungular MS tube shall be welded with each side with long rail in equal distence of the charpoy to support the plywood duly applied one coat or red oxide and two coats of black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as directed. |
| 7 | Replacing of existing old broken GI elbow and supply and fixing new GI elbow shall be MS galvanised, three way 32mm dia med grade ISI mark. Weight of GI elbow 3 way shall be not less than 450gms |
| 8 | Replacing of existing old broken check nut and supply and fixing new 32 mm dia 10mm thick check nut ISI marked as approved by AGE (I). Weight of check nut shall not less than 100 grm each |
| 9 | Replacing of existing old broken nut bolt & washer and supply and fixing new 10 mm dia nut bolt & washer and 75mm long, ISI marked as approved by AGE(I). |
| 10 | Outer surface of GI frame shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint including supply and fixing 04 Nos hard rubber shoes with inside steel washers to the legs of charpoy after removing the existing wooden block complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | Taking down old unserviceable plywood from the existing charpoy IP and S&F new 12mm thick phenol bonded commercial ply BWR grade with edging (unpolished) placed on top of 25x25mm supports as per existing size as shown in drg, shall be approved quality complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Maintenance & Labour for repair to steel frame by welding of charpoy IP of required length (100mm to 200mm) of square MS tube of shape and size as existing including necessary welding and removing of old unserviceable tube all as directed and shown on drg. |
| 14 | Supply & fixing new hard rubber shoes/nylon buffers including removing of old UNSV rubber shoes from leg of charpoy IP all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Painting of Hard-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with putty, (Internally /externally) than applying two coats spray painting of synthetic enameled black paint over a coat of primer complete all as on drg & directed. |
| 16 | NOTES :-1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.2.
