Installation of new Electrical actuated telescoping crane for Gemini boat at quarter deck in presence of OEM. Job includesa) Shifting of complete equipment to onboard.Complete Pre-fabricated, Painted Etoc structural assembly with winch and sliding gear box fitment.b) Electrical control panel with wired remote control fitment along with fabrication of foundations.c) Electrical Motor with electro magnetic brake fiment and required cable connections.d) Installation of Limit Switches and cable connections along with fabrication of foundations.e) Laying of cables (Approximate length 100 Mtrs) from power DB to winch control panel.All consumables,lifting tools,machining works,welding and cutting works are in contractor scope.Satisfactory operation trials shown to ship staff/Navy Trial Team.NOTE: Equipment, Electrical Panels, Cables, Limit Switches will be supplied by SS/HSL.
