| 14 | Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type, compartmentalized, double door main feeder pillar (MFP) suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system. The panel should be made with 14 SWG CRCA Sheet and having detachable 3 mm thick CRCA gland plate, with 300 Amp capacity TPN aluminium bus bar, base of insulated brackets or studs as per norms. Panel should be IP 54 protected. The size of panel not less than 0.72 Cum, front surface area not less than 1.6 Sqmtr. The feeder panel structure will be supported with suitable size of angle iron inside the box. The panel should be suitable to accommodate to 02 Nos Incomer MCCB, 01 No. Changeover switch and 08 Nos Outgoing MCCB of various rating, LED indicators, Ameter and Volt meter with selector switch etc as required and P&F of internal connection with suitable size of aluminium bus bar, suitable bakelite sheet arrangment for insulation of MCCB, other switch gears, Ameter, Voltmeter and locking arrangment, hinges of the doors should be as required. The panel should be openable from two sides back & front sides should be fixed with hinged and lock as req and suitable size bus bar should also be arranged accordingly to MCCB and other switch gears in all respect, (panel shall be made from CPRI approved manufacturers) |
| 15 | The panal shall be painted/ finished with powder coating of apprvoed shade. The panel should be mounted on 50 mm x 50 mm x6 mm GI Angle frame having length of 1200 mm (600 mm above ground level and 600 mm for foundation). Providing and laying in position cement concerete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone agregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of feeder pillar including form work etc as required. Panel dimensions (1.6 M (H)x 1.0 M (W)x 0.45 M (D)). The drawings will be final as per direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 16 | Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of compartmentalised, double door, cubical wall mounted panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system. Panel should be fabricated in approved factory having modern fabrication and testing process. Panel should be IP 54 procted. The panel should be fitted on the wall with the suitable anchor bolt. The size of panel shoul be 1.0 mtr (W) x 1.0 mtr (H/L) x 0.30 (D). i.e. not less than 0.30 Cum, made with 16 SWG CRCA sheet and having detachable CRCA gland plate, with 100 Amp capacity TPN aluminium bus bar, base of insulated brackets or studs as per norms. The panel should be suitable to accommodate 01 TPN MCCB, 08 DP Isolator, LED indicators, Ameter and Volt meter with selector switch etc as required and P&F of internal connection with suitable size of copper wires. The panal shall be painted/ finished with powder coating of apprvoed shade. The panel should be front openable in parts (splitted) suitable for opening the doors. The drawings will be final as per direction of Engineer in charge. |

The size of panel shoul be 1.00 (W) x 1.0 mtr (H/L) x 0.30 (D) i.e. not less than 0.30 Cum, made with 16 SWG CRCA sheet and having detachable CRCA gland plate, with 100 Amp capacity TPN aluminium bus bar, base of insulated brackets or studs as per norms. The panel should be suitable to accommodate 04 nos. Energy meter of size 9\\"x11\\" appx (1-phase domestic), 04 nos DP Isolator of suitable rating and 01 no. TPN MCCB and LED indicators. The panel should be front openable in parts (splitted) suitable for opening the doors with arrangement of glass or window for displaying the meter readings.
