Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure building OF CONSTRUCTION OF 500 SEATER CAPACITY AUDITORIUM WITH CONFERENCE HALL AT MORAN, (Auditorium block of total built up area=1730 Sqm) with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works , Earthwork, Levelling, Internal Road, pavement, parking, footpath, Horticulture & Landscape, boundary wall, overhead tank, underground water tank/reservoir , septic tank, External Sewerage, storm water drain, rain water harvesting, trenches for services, distribution lines, water treatment plant with RO , Borewell and sewage & drainage pump approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge
