Name of Work:- Cleaning and De-siltation of the drainage channel outside the AIIMS Guwahati C us from WRD Pumping Station to Bhetamukh Pumping Station for the year 2025–26.

Clearing of deposited compact water hyacinth root, other aquatic plants, garbage, plastics etc. from the bed of Drainage Channel including cutting, removing and stacking at places away from the bank etc. with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed.

Shifting / loading of 1(one) no. hired Iron Barge using 2 (two) heavy-duty hydraulic cranes and 1 (one) low-bed trailer for carriage to the worksite including unloading at site for cleaning and excavation works and reloading at worksite for carrying back after completion of work.i) Heavy duty crane : 2 Cranes x2 operations x 1 nos.= 4 operations

ii) Low bed trailer: 1 Trailer x 2 operations x 1 nos.= 2 operations

Hire Charge of Iron Barge as per IS specification for mounting of Chain mounted hydraulic excavator – 71/80.Qty = 1 Nos/month. x 1.5 months = 1.5 nos

Hire charges for heavy-duty flat low-bed trailer for carriage of hired chain-mounted hydraulic excavators including loading and unloading, fuel, POL, operator, helper etc. to the designated worksite – 3 nos. excavator x 1 operation = 3 operations

Hire charges for deployment of Chain Mounted Excavator – 71/80 with bucket capacity of 0.60 cum mounted on iron barge for desiltation and excavation of the drainage channel to the required grade and slope as per section including cutting and dressing of channel bed and slopes, removing deposited silt, debris, vegetation etc. as directed including cost of operator, maintenance, fuel/POL and all incidental charges on daily basis considering 7 to 9 working hours per day.

Hire charges for deployment of Chain Mounted Hydraulic Excavators – 210/220 with bucket capacity of 0.90 cum for desiltation and excavation of the drainage channel to the required grade and slope as per section including cutting and dressing of channel bed and slopes, removing deposited silt, debris, vegetation etc. as directed including cost of operator, maintenance, fuel / POL and all incidental charges on daily basis considering 7 to 9 working hours per day.

Engagement of ordinary labours for various assisting & helping requirements during de-siltation and excavation works of the drainage channel for watch keeping duty, clearing light jungles and trees from work site etc.

Engagement of ordinary labour for intermittent cleaning of drainage channel during the rainy season from May to October 2026, considering 2 days per month (total 12 days), including removal of floating garbage, aquatic weeds etc.
