Name of Work:- Selection of Concessionaire for establishment of permanent fresh Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) processing plant, along with its Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for a period of 15 (fifteen) years from the Commercial Operation Date (COD), strictly complying the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026 for Panihati Municipality, Dist.: North 24 Parganas, West Bengal on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis.

Tipping fee for processing and scientific disposal of fresh waste as received and delivered at site by the municipal authority/municipal corporation, after establishment of Permanent Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Processing Plant(s) (all units), for a period of 15 (fifteen) years, after obtaining the Commencial Operation Date (COD), strictly complying the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026 (T1).(Rate to be quoted: per MT cost of input fresh waste processed and disposal of different fractions as per CPHEEO manual/SWM Rule, 2026 and any other directives/orders issued by the Government of India/Government of West Bengal time to time, from the dumpsite, strictly as per the scope of work, including GST, taxes, duties, levies etc.)(Revision @+3% on every 5 years, will be considered, in INR per MT cost of input fresh waste, which will be applicable only for two times in 15 years, one after successful completion of operation and maintenance of 5 (five) years and the other after 10 (ten) years) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
