Dismantling the cover of guide wheel and removal of guide wheel bearing along with its shaft thrust pad. (one Guide wheel)Filling of material on guide wheel by welding process by using branded electrode (4.4mm, Nickel alloy) filling of material around periphery of 5mm thickness.Thrust pad reconditioning of guide wheel by filling branded electrode material as per dimension provided in the drawing.Machining and grinding of one guide wheel and thrust pad and its complete alignment along with reassembly of all guide wheel parts.
