Servicing /Testing of Air Circuit Breakers of Main Electrical Panel supplying power to 3rd and 4th floor of Govt. Maternity Child Hospital, Jammu as per recommended guidelines. The servicing of each ACB includes :1. Cleaning of breaker with CRC-2262. Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease.3. Check condition of arcing contact and gap between fixed and moving arcing contact shall be checked.4. Checking the reset mechanism, tripping of breaker through push button.5. Checking tripping of ACB through protection release.6. Tripping of ACB manually through volt metric release.7. Checking and adjust freeness of DN/ volt metric release trip rod.8. Checking presence and proper tightening of hardware.9. Checking presence of all circlips.10. Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals.11. Checking condition of ACB wiring and replace if required.12. Checking and adjusting gap between hylam sheet and side plate.13. Checking proper closing of all poles together.14.
