Realignment and repairs of the suction pipeline of unit No II and extension and repairs of suction pipeline of pumping unit No I at LIS Harapeer needed post flooding after sliding away of boulders and soil layer beneath the suction pipes .The job includes dismantling of the footvalve ,dismantling of vertical pipeline length from the bend of unit NO II and dismantling of horizontal length ,then bending of suction pipe of unit no II by way of cutting the suction pipeline near the first MS flange of the pipeline immediately after the start of the underground part of pipe . After cutting the pipe , properly bending of the pipe with the help of MS pipe piece and welding it to make the pipe leakproof . The pipe is to be supported by the saddle 5ft long,2 ft wide and 3ft deep with the help of MS angle 50x50x5.The vertical lengths are required to be 1ft under-earth by grouting 2ft x2ft with the help of concrete mixture in order to provide the required support while running of the pumping unit . The vertical and horizontal supports are to be placed at equidistance of 2.5 ft .The job includes cutting of MS angle and welding of supports at site to make the saddle of the required size . The job also include replacement of one No. flange 300mm near bend with damaged one and welding it with the pipe in order to make it leakproof. The suction pipeline of unit II after bending, make it lie on the support saddle ,needs to be assembled with the help of new nuts and bolts & rubber sheet in the same manner as it was dismantled .Finally fitting of the footvalve with the pipeline .The job includes material charges ,labour charges,carriage charges ,head load charges (1.5 km aprox ) and welding charges. The extension of suction pipeline of unit No 1 with 2ft 300mm MS pipe . The job includes dismantling of the footvalve from the pipeline and then extending the already existing piece of suction pipeline 2.5 ft by 2ft making it complete 4.5 ft length by way of properly welding in order to make it leak proof .Then fitting of footvalve with the pipeline . The job also includes welding of pipeline near the bend of the unit No I in order to make it leakproof .The job includes material cost, labour charges, carriage charges, head load charges (1.5km aprox) and welding charges . Cleaning to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no II by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Providing new leather washer, new nuts & bolts , The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe. Painting of both the suction pipeline with black paint of approx 55 to 60 ft length each which is not underground and saddle with primer coating and painting with black paint. The job includes material cost, labour charges, carriage charges. Complete Job .Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. The job allow any modification required at site in order for its smooth functioning. The firm should offer rebate on old material.
