| 1 | Overhauling: - Opening of the ACCEL make refrigeration compressor (SMC-8-100) complete by way of pump downing of refrigerant, draining of lubricant oil and opening of oil chamber, Job includes dismounting of crankshaft, piston, connecting rod, cylinder liner etc and all parts/ accessories from it by using chain pulley block, tools, tackles and skilled manpower. The job involves thoroughly removing dirt, grease and c4arbon deposits inside the compressor chamber by using wire brush, emery paper, blower etc. The job includes cleaning of compressor circuit including inspection and checking damages of the wearing component. The job further includes cleaning and de-choking of inlet and outlet piping, providing of gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, grease etc. The job includes assembling of the compressor, followed by leak and pressure testing using nitrogen gas charging. After successful testing, the unit shall be commissioned and operated at full load to carry out performance testing and ensure proper functioning and operational efficiency. All consumable items, welding machine, gas cutter, safety items etc. to be arranged by the contractor. The job includes extraction of old damaged parts and shifting to I & D department SKIMS, Soura against proper receipt. | 2 | Repair of Crank shaft, the job includes machining of the crankshaft on the lathe where required, followed by finishing and smoothing. |

| 6 | Providing and fitting of piston with gudgeon pin and piston ring set (complete assembly) (ASL-1018R)/ as per sample at site. |
| 7 | Providing and fitting of set of Gasket (ASL-1813) along with packing gland & Gasket for oil regulating valve and Neoprene O rings as per sample at site. |
| 8 | Providing and fitting of Half section bearing (standard) (112-05-02)/ as per sample at site. |
| 9 | Providing and fitting of Suction and Discharge valve assembly (112-1020-01)/ as per sample at site. |
| 10 | Providing and fitting of oil pump gear set along with bush as per sample at site |
| 11 | Providing and filling of lube oil eliminator filters for SMC-8-100 Compressor section of Chiller plants |
| 12 | Providing and fitting of Pencil Cartridge Heater of 175x16mm, 300 Watts, 220 Volts in chiller plant, which includes extraction of damaged cartridge heater and returning of the same to SKIMS store against proper receipt. |
| 13 | Providing and filling of refrigerant R-22. The job includes filling, handling, transportation by using skilled labor. All tools, tackles, safety items are to be arranged by the firm. |
