Stage B: Preparation of Topographic map by using Total station and DGPS-RTK survey for the project area, including roads, terrain features, existing utilities, and proposed infrastructure, with GIS-compatible output for hydraulic and planning analysis.

Stage C: Assessment of existing sanitation conditions, wastewater generation sources, population projections, sewage flow estimation and planning for full coverage of the Underground Sewerage System (UGSS) including hydraulic modelling using SewerGEMS or equivalent, design of sewer network, manholes, pumping/lift stations, rising mains, interface with the proposed STP and SCADA requirements as per CPHEEO guidelines, including environmental and social safeguard assessments, statutory clearance requirements and stakeholder consultations in compliance with ADB guidelines.

Stage D: Preparation and submission of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Underground Sewerage System including detailed engineering designs, hydraulic modelling results, drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, implementation strategy, environmental and social safeguard documentation and preparation of bidding documents in ADB format.
