Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete Old Plastered Surface (two or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (for colour changing only)
