Supply, fabrication, erection & commissioning of bio-degradable shredder machine having a output capacity of 1000kg per hour. The motor for operating machine should have 5HP, 3 phase, 1440 RPM, 415 Voltage,Type B Belt Drive,Semi Automatic Grade, Waste Ouput Size-4\\" Inch, Output Cutting Size-5-10mm ISI reputed motor and input throat size of 1000mm for efficient cutting of bio-degradable waste, having the rotor drum of 600mm fitted with hardened cutting blades with suitable angle matching or its equivalent, Inside all SS Material & Outside MS Materials and the Input Wate Include Chicken waste and Vegetable waste & all Organic waste as per the standard including all cost and conveyance of all materials erecting. It is driven by electric motor and gear box etc.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of Belt conveyor length of 6 mtrs and breath of 0.50 Metre wide for organic waste shorting and conveyor structure should made with M.S Heavy Tubes, M.S channel's with Gear Motor of 2HP/50rpm / 440v/chain drive Motar Rollers with heavy rollers: 2'nos, and shaft should be of ISI standard Bearings, MOC EN 8 make should be of HAVELLS/MARATHON and the total setup should covered with FRP.The conveyor should be with branded starter,motor should be heavy duty performance, FRP Hopper with necessary safety guard facilities and all materials should be got approved by the corporation Engineers before fixing in position including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete.
