Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, getting out and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil; providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) up to plinth level excluding centering and shuttering; centering and shuttering including strutting, propping and removal of formwork for foundations, footings, bases of columns, and mass concrete; providing and laying cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level excluding centering and shuttering; 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand); and extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landings, and pavements for the length of 81.8mtr and breadth of 2.03mtrNote: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
