III - Unit-I - Breakdown maintenance of Plate Heat Exchangers in TG & SG Auxiliaries, Vacuum pumps, debris filter screen by dismantling, cleaning and reassembling and Dewatering the condenser pit and ACW & other pits from 01.04.26 or from the date of handing over of site up to 31.03.2027

Charges of 1 No TG PHE : This work involves Dismantling of TG PHE, Temporarily arresting the sagged PHE Titanium plates bundles by binding with the front frame plate to avoid sliding of PHE plate bundles from the deformed bottom lower carrying bar, removing of PHE Titanium plates (upto 375 Nos) from the Lower Carrying bar and mobilizing to the nearby safe location and arranging on one over other in a flat plane surface to avoid bends, refixing of pealed of gaskets by applying adhesive, sliding the titanium Plates towards the front frame plate in both Upper & Lower Carrying bars and reassembling tie bars and assembling the complete set of titanium plates in position (upto 375 Nos) Plates, mechanical cleaning of tie rod, pasting the end plate gasket and channel plate gasket in the respective Titanium plates and complete assembling of respective Plate heat exchangers plates.

Charges for complete cleaning of one set of Plate heat exchanger of Vacuum pump. Including cost consumables and T&Ps.

Charges for complete cleaning of one no condenser debris filter, The work involves closing of inlet and outlet valves of condenser & flushing lines, opening of manholes of debris filter, dewatering the debris filter system, inspection and complete cleaning of debris filter screen basket, closing of manholes of debris filter, opening of inlet and outlet valves of flushing lines & condenser, if required attending of water leaks and replacing of gasket, ‘O’ ring, for pipe line joints and debris filter system.

Dewatering the seepage water during monsoon seasons & leakage water collected in condenser pit using 5 Nos of 5 HP Dewatering pumps. This work involves transportation, arranging of dewatering pump connection of suction and discharge pipings with necessary fittings, operation of pump which includes hire charges of pump, accessories, T&P;s consumables etc.,

Dewatering the water collected in Condenser pit due to heavy ground water seepage and complete drain water and rain water collection using 5 HP Dewatering Pump. This work involves transportation, arranging of dewatering pump, connection of suction and discharge piping’s with necessary fittings, operation of pump which includes hire charges of pump, accessories, T&P's consumables etc. To maintain the pit level below CEP suction line (incase of emergency providing additional dewatering pump at free of cost as per site requirement) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
